PROGRAM MANAGER
SOUTHFIELD, MICHIGAN

 

As a member of the FlexAir/Modular team, the program manager will be responsible for planning, executing, and overseeing projects to ensure they are completed in a timing manner within scope and budget, while proactively communicating with senior management, project team members, and the customer to meet customer and company expectations.

 

The Role:

Your work will include, but not be limited to:

  • Program timing
    • Tooling
    • Equipment
    • PPAP
  • Customer deliverables
  • Testing deliverables
  • Develop project plans and schedules
  • Be able to think out of the box to get the task done
  • The job may involve travel

Your Qualifications:

  • Program management experience preferred but willing to train
  • Must be a team player
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Able to respond to constant change
  • Must be able to create working relationships
  • Detail oriented
  • Strong work ethic
  • A high degree of personal integrity

 

Bonus If You Have:

  •  Program management experience/PMP certification
  •  Be able to think out of the box to get the task done
  •  Automotive program timing understanding
  •  Product development experience
