LEAR VALLS is looking for high-skilled Customer Quality Engineer eager to work in a global automotive technology leader. A large automotive multinational company, based in the Electronics campus in Valls, (Tarragona, Spain).

 

Passionate about Quality, focused on customer satisfaction by assuring robust action plans to perform and achieve continuous improvement processes; managing Team to assure effective containment, corrective & preventing actions that eliminate the repetition of the failure and elaborating the preparation of the corresponding reports.

 

Responsibilities:

 

 

  • Overall Customer quality goals accomplishment. Focus on product and service satisfaction.
  • Analysis and coordination potential containment activities for customer complaints.  Effective on both, problem solutions and communication according to Customer / Lear requirements & standards.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Strategies development and execution.
  • Drive your projects to success according to Customer Quality requirements.
  • Support customers visits and lead taskforces for critical issues.

 

 

Requirements:

 

  • University education (preferred industrial engineering, electronics, electrical engineering, others).
  • At least 1 year of experience.
  • Quality tools and excellent knowledge of problem solving (8D, SPC, MSA, Control Plan, FMEA, Ishikawa diagram, among others).
  • Written and spoken fluently in Spanish and English. Other languages will be evaluated.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Proactive and self-motivated.
