As a key member of the production team, as an industrial engineer you will monitor, plan and design production processes.
This position will be based at LEAR Corporation Vigo.
Responsibilities:
- Plans, supervises and coordinates activities related to the development, design, construction, modification and maintenance of equipment, machinery and equipment
- Maximizes efficiency by analyzing equipment layout, workflow, assembly methods and labor utilization
- Conducts studies in operations to maximize work flow and space utilization. Ensures equipment efficiency and workplace safety
- Determines parts and tools needed to achieve production goals according to product specification
Requirements:
- University graduate with a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field
- Fluent in English and Spanish
- Experience working in a manufacturing plant
- Problem solving skills
- Knowledge of production machinery
