NEW CAREER OPPORTUNITY| MAINTENANCE MANAGER

Your task will be:

• Lead the Maintenance Department in order to achieve the required level of performance of the main KPI as example Downtime, MTBF, MTTR, Preventive Maintenance completion just to mention a few.
• Improve and maintain a cost-efficient machines and equipment operation through a planned preventive maintenance and assuring the right use of them.                                                                                             
• Coordinate with Process Engineer the new projects.
• To keep records of all the maintenance activities such as preventive maintenance and the corrective maintenance necessary done.
• To keep good and enough stock of the spare parts needed to secure the plant working properly always meeting the forecast budget.
• Develop the Machinery PFMEA and use as base to perform annual budget.
• Implement Visual Management techniques to make Preventive Maintenance visual to all employees in the company.
• To implement all the new task for maintenance such as TPM and help to develop six sigma projects.
• To secure that the corporate procedure has been followed up accurately.

To be successful in this role you will need:

• Finished professional career
• 5 Years of Experience in a Maquila Environment or equivalent

• Knowledge with IATF-16949, ISO 14001 & ISO 45001

• English desirable
• Knowledge on identification and evaluation of environmental aspects and impacts
