Job Title: Business Analyst Supervisor
Lear Corporation- Apodaca, Nuevo Leon
 
We are in position to offer a great job opportunity to work as Business Analyst Supervisor, based in Apodaca Plant, Nuevo Leon.  
As Business Analyst Supervisor your objective will be ensure the development, support, and continuous improvement of corporate systems and reports for administrative and production areas, guaranteeing the integrity and availability of databases through corporate standards.

Your tasks will be:
•    Analyze and develop systems, completing the full system lifecycle from requirements gathering to installation and user training, applying clean code practices and SCRUM methodologies: C#, .NET, SQL, ORACLE, LINQ, AZURE (TFS).

•    Develop reports required for manufacturing and administrative areas using tools such as PowerBI, Reporting Services, and Foundry.
•    Implement traceability solutions required for manufacturing within IT scope using AI-based tools (Foundry, Copilot).
•    Provide support and manage local tools for traceability.

•    Register and resolve incidents and service requests (SR) in the Ivanti platform, ensuring compliance with service level agreements.
•    Prepare user manuals, training materials, and work instructions for developed systems.
•    Monitor compliance with the Security Mentor program to achieve the plant’s compliance goals.

To be successful In this role you must have:

•    Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Systems Engineering or related field. 
•    3–4 years of experience in similar roles within the manufacturing sector (electronic industry not essential). 
•    Teamwork, proactivity, strong communication and interpersonal skills.

•    Preferred knowledge of programming languages: C#, .NET, ASP.NET, JavaScript, LINQ, SQL Server, Oracle, PowerBI/Foundry, AI (Copilot/Foundry).
•    HTML5, CSS, MVC, JAVA, RESTful API, iOS/Android.
•    Advanced English level.
