Customer Quality Engineer

 We are in position to offer a great job opportunity to work as  
Customer Quality Engineer, based in Apodaca, Nuevo León. (E-Systems Division). 
 
As APQP Customer Quality Engineer you will have an excellent opportunity to work in an International and growing environment reporting directly to Quality Customer Service Coordinator.
 
Your Task will be:

•    Customer complaints and guarantees handling.
•    Coordinate the team to respond to customers.
•    Keep customer portals updated.
•    Present customer actions and status on a regular basis.
•    Ensure the correct generation and use of poka yokes.
•    Manage core tools.
•    Track returned parts and guarantees.
•    Knowledge of PPMS and IPPMs.
 
To be successful in this role you will need:
•    Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial, Electronic, Mechatronic Engineering or any related field.
•    2 years of experience in the position of customer quality engineer in the automotive industry.
•    Knowledge in electronic assembly.
•    Knowledge of automotive customer portals.
•    Experience with T1 clients- 2 years desirable.
•    English proficient.
•    Knowledge in IPC 610.
