We are in position to offer a great job opportunity to work as Procurement Analyst. based in Apodaca Plant, Ciudad Apodaca, Nuevo Leon. (E-Systems Division: Electronics).

 

As a Procurement analyst, you will have the opportunity to administrate, analyze and manage supplier's commitments, purchase orders and availability of materials at plant. You will be the responsible to keep lines running during the production schedule with no disruptions, notify if there's any risks and meet the inventory level goals supporting internally to the functional team and providing accurate information of components and risks.

 

Your Task will be

  • Mantain the abastecement continuity according to the company policies
  • Supervise the material delivery on time and form
  • Mantain inventory levels according to the requirements
  • Attend any change that could affect the supplying and requirement of determinated products and materials
  • Escalate in time and form possible risks to the supply chain 

 

To be successful in this role you will need:

  •  Education: Industrial Engineering, International relations, International business bachelor's degree or similar
  • 2-3 years of experience in similar positions
  •  Previous experience on the Automotive Industry (T1,T2 or T3)
  • Microsoft Office platforms knowledge, ERP management
  • OEMs portals knowledge and management: Ford, Audi, Stellantis, etc.
  • Advanced English
