We are in position to offer a great job opportunity to work as Test Engineering Coordinator based in Apodaca Plant, Nuevo Leon. (E-Systems Division).
As a Test Engineering Coordinator will be responsible for coordinate, supervise and develop test engineering groups to provide solutions that facilitate the execution of Test for Production processes.
Your Tasks will be:
- Ensure with each engineer the correct documentation of each of the test processes.
- Review and monitoring the documentation of test equipment, Maintenance, Wis, and Controlled formats.
- Monitoring of KPI's for the implementation of solutions for the continuous improvement of KPI's (first pass yield, MTTA, MTTR, MTBF).
- Support quality initiatives and corrective actions to avoid leaks of non-compliant product.
- Follow-up on open items from Audits, client visits, etc.
- Monitoring of 6S projects, LIPTs, 5Ss, Etc.
To be successful in this role you will need:
- Education Industrial, Electric, Electronic Engineering or any related field.
- 5+ years of experience in the field.
- Proficient English level.
