We are in position to offer a great job opportunity to work as Warranty Engineer, based in Apodaca, Nuevo Leon (E-Systems Division). 

As Warranty Engineer, you will have an excellent opportunity to work in an International and growing environment reporting directly to Diagnostic & Failure Analysis Coordinator.

 

Your Task will be

  • Follow-up and analyze customer complaints (CAN/LIN/Arduino protocols/high voltage & high current tests/HIPOT, follow, monitor and propose improvements to diagnostic procedures for guarantees).
  • Provide support to the Quality and Engineering departments to detect the cause of failures reported by the client and actively participate in the implementation of actions.
  • Prepare internal quality reports, supplier defects.
  • Maintain strict control of the RMA inventory.
  • Operate, manage and maintain diagnostic equipment such as multimeters, oscilloscopes, high voltage sources, etc. in good condition.
  • Participation in safety, health and sustainability training and campaigns.

 

To be Successful in this rule you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree/Engineering preferably, mechatronics or equivalent work experience.
  • At least 4 years of experience, preferably in electronic manufacturing (mandatory)
  • Mastery of English (mandatory)
  • Customer service
  • Handling of measuring equipment
  • Mastery of Microsoft Office programs.
