Job Description
NEW CAREER OPPORTUNITY | STAMPING OPERATIONS MANAGER
ARTEAGA, COAHUILA
Responsibilities
- Active participation in improving the plant's financial results.
- Manage the improvement of plant efficiency and productivity
- Lead and drive the implementation and development of applicable projects in the plant
- Implementation and monitoring of the best manufacturing practices in the plant
- Ensure compliance with safety and hygiene rules and regulations in the plant
- Staff development
- Maintaining a good work environment to keep employees engaged
Skills
Education Requirements
- Finished professional career
Experience Requirements
- +8 years of experience in leadership roles in metal stamping companies
- Solid knowledge of mechanical metal stamping process & welding
- Knowledge in manual, progressive, and transfer presses from 600 to 2100 tons.
- Fluent English
- Team management
- Strong leadership and decision-making
