CPS (Central payment system) Specialist, Brno

CPS (Central payment system) Specialist role is based in Lear Global Business Services Europe located in Brno, Czech Republic. This branch is supporting European Lear plants and covers internal Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable processing with focus on process standardization and highest quality service to all supported entities.

Your main responsibilities will be:

  • Preparing payment proposals for our plants in Germany and Belgium according to payment calendar
  • Ensuring the payments are properly approved
  • Distributing payment advices to our suppliers
  • Answering supplier's queries related to received payments
  • Daily communication with our internal (Lear) customers
  • Cooperation with other team members with focus on KPIs achievement
  • Ad-hoc tasks and related administration
  • Internal controls and SOX testing




Requirements:

  • Degree in business administration / accounting / finance preferred
  • Upper-Intermediate English (corporate language and process related documentation in English)
  • Intermediate knowledge of German language is an advantage
  • Previous Accounts Payable experience (preferably within an international environment)
  • User level PC skills (Microsoft Office – Outlook, Excel)
  • ERP system knowledge (SAP, QAD, MfgPro) is an advantage
  • Analytical reasoning
  • Team player with ability to work independently
  • Result oriented personality with focus on detail and deadlines
  • Positive attitude and good communication skills
  • Flexibility and stress resistance
