Job Title: CTO Planning Engineer 
Experience and Growth Opportunity
Lear Corporation- Santa Barbara, Honduras, Green Valley (Presential)

We are in position to offer a great job opportunity to work as CTO Planning Engineer, based in Quimistan, Santa Barbara, Honduras (E-Systems Division). 
As CTO Planning Engineer you will responsible for Tooling and equipment estimations for the engineering changes. 

Your Task will be:
•    Quotation and development of the required equipment and tooling for programs in prototype phases and for engineering changes.

•    Develop cost reduction workshops so that together with the plant team, ideas are generated and the roadmap is covered to meet the assigned goal each year.
•    Present the proposals to the different work teams: Product, Methods, Quality and Manufacturing to receive feedback.
•    Pre-validate the amounts of the ideas that are uploaded to LEARPRO (requirement of the plant).

•    Request and review comparisons of material bills, to begin the validation process of the ideas.
•    Present the weekly report of the assigned plants at the validation meeting. Track the implementation of ideas by month.

                   
To be successful in this role you will need: 

•    Education: Bachelor´s Degree in industrial engineering or any related field.
•    At least 1 year of experience preferably in Engineering Changes (not essential).
•    Knowledge: Planning and Microsoft Office. 

•    Intermediate English. 
•    You should have great analytical skills, communication and organizational skills.
