We are in position to offer a great job opportunity to work in our growing area as a Payroll Analyst based in Juarez.

Como Payroll Analyst serás responsable de:

• Realizar el cálculo de nómina semanalmente, así como de procesos extraordinarios.
• Elaborar las pólizas de registro de nómina y reservas de beneficios.
• Elaborar las requisiciones de pago con los soportes adecuados.
• Analizar y explicar las cuentas de resultados y balance a su cargo.
• Analizar y dar seguimiento a las partidas en conciliación.
• Preparar el forecast de las plantas a su cargo y analizar variaciones.
• Pronosticar el efectivo requerido para pagos.
• Cálculo de finiquitos.

Para tener éxito en este puesto debes tener:

• Licenciatura en Contabilidad.
• Conocimientos contables en procesos de nómina.
• Manejo de Excel avanzado.

• Experiencia mínima de 2 años en nóminas y/o contabilidad.
• Preferentemente Ingles intermedio.
