Job Description
As an ERP Project Manager you will have the opportunity to collaborate with cross- functional, multinational teams to analyze, design, implement and maintain ERP systems to optimize business processes and support operational efficiency. This role requires a deep understanding of business operations, strong technical skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Responsibilities
- Build and manage implementation plan on site and coordinate with central project team
- Estimates project skill requirements to identify appropriate resources for the project
- Review business requirements together with Business Process Team
- Provide solution to business requirements
- Ability to interact strongly with the business process organization to identify required changes
- Manages/Track project budget – forecast & reporting
- Partner management, SOWs, Billing, POs, managing attrition rate

Skills
Education Requirements
Bachelors degree in Computer Systems or similar
Experience Requirements
- 8+ years’ experience in leading ERP projects
- Advanced knowledge of financial controls and reporting requirements.
- Experience direct and indirect resources management
- Strong cross functional knowledge in multiple ERP modules including logistics and manufacturing
- Very strong communication skills (written & oral)
- Ability to adapt communication according to the audience (business and technical)
- Ability to assess and mitigate project risks.
- Experience with managing Developments & Process Integrations
- Autonomous, ability to progress and deliver results by yourself.
