Job Description

As an ERP Project Manager you will have the opportunity to collaborate with cross- functional, multinational teams to analyze, design, implement and maintain ERP systems to optimize business processes and support operational efficiency. This role requires a deep understanding of business operations, strong technical skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. 

Responsibilities

• Build and manage implementation plan on site and coordinate with central project team
• Estimates project skill requirements to identify appropriate resources for the project
• Review business requirements together with Business Process Team
• Provide solution to business requirements
• Ability to interact strongly with the business process organization to identify required changes
• Manages/Track project budget – forecast & reporting
• Partner management, SOWs, Billing, POs, managing attrition rate

Skills

Education Requirements

Bachelors degree in Computer Systems or similar

Experience Requirements

• 8+ years’ experience in leading ERP projects
• Advanced knowledge of financial controls and reporting requirements.
• Experience direct and indirect resources management
• Strong cross functional knowledge in multiple ERP modules including logistics and manufacturing
• Very strong communication skills (written & oral)
• Ability to adapt communication according to the audience (business and technical)
• Ability to assess and mitigate project risks.
• Experience with managing Developments & Process Integrations
• Autonomous, ability to progress and deliver results by yourself.
