Job Description
Responsibilities
HR Process Improvement:
- Map AS-IS / TO-BE processes (BPMN, SIPOC, VSM).
- Identify improvement opportunities (waste, bottlenecks, and risks).
- Design digitized and automated processes.
- Measure impact through KPIs (time, cost savings, quality, employee experience).
Automation and Microsoft Tools:
- Design workflows using Power Automate (approvals, integrations, notifications).
- Create SharePoint sites/pages for HR.
- Develop dashboards in Power BI (HR Analytics).
- Use Copilot for:
- Data analysis
- Documentation generation
- Support in solution design
- Drafting HR communications and policies, etc.
Analytics and Foundry (Palantir):
- Learn the Foundry architecture and applications.
- Integrate HR data from multiple data sources.
- Create reusable data models.
- Analyze trends in turnover, performance, absenteeism, and time-to-hire.
- Develop Foundry applications as an enabler of continuous improvement.
Citizen Development:
- Develop low-code/no-code solutions following PMI standards.
- Ensure compliance with security, data, and IT policies.
- Collaborate with IT as a strategic partner (avoid shadow IT).
Project Management (PMP Mindset):
- Manage medium- to high-impact initiatives for HR processes.
- Apply agile or hybrid methodologies.
- Report progress, risks, and benefits.
Skills
Education Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering / Information Technology, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Human Resources or a related field.
Experience Requirements
+1 year of experience in Human Resources, Process improvement, Automation. Hands-on experience with at least one of the following: Power BI / Power Automate/ Palantir.
