We are in position to offer a great job opportunity to work as Maintenance Manager, based in our Apodaca Plant (Apodaca, Nuevo León, México)

Your Task will be

  • Ensure collection and backup of maintenance data.
  • Analyze mechanical, electrical, electronic, pneumatic, robotic, soft soldering and SMT failures.
  • Search for new technologies to improve efficiency and company resources.
  • Ensure minimum inventory of spare parts according to maintenance plans.
  • Detection of areas of opportunity and coordination of technical training of the personnel in charge.
  • Reinforce and disseminate the LOTO safety system.
  • Optimize maintenance resources based on operational conditions.
  • Develop and execute TPM on site.
  • Has authority to stop production when a discrepancy / non-conformance occurs during the manufacturing process.
  • Compliance of KPI’s as:

Down time.

Preventive Maintenance.

Mean time to repair (MTTR).

Mean time between fail (MTBF).

Work Accidents.

  • Management of the tool crib inventories. 

To be successful in this role you will need:

  • Bachelor´s Degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electronics.
  • More than 4 years of experience as Maintenance Manager in the automotive electronics industry. Knowledge of electronic equipment (inserters, ovens, robotics, soft soldering, etc.), SMT process, PLC programming, TPM, industrializations of plants, preventive & corrective maintenance.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office.
  • Bilingual (Spanish - English).
  • You should have great analytical skills, to be creative/ innovative, to have initiative, to be persistent and open to criticism and others' ideas.
  • Capacity of analysis, communication and organizational skills, strictness in achieving goals/ deadlines, synthesis, and decision abilities. #LI-MC1
