We are in position to offer a great job opportunity to work as a QAD ERP Project Manager, based in Ciudad Juárez, Chihuahua.
As a QAD ERP Project Manager you will have the opportunity to collaborate with cross- functional, multinational teams to analyze, design, implement and maintain QAD (ERP) systems to optimize business processes and support operational efficiency. This role requires a deep understanding of business operations, strong technical skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES ARE:
- Build and manage implementation plan on site and coordinate with central project team
- Estimates project skill requirements to identify appropriate resources for the project
- Review business requirements together with Business Process Team
- Provide solution to business requirements
- Ability to interact strongly with the business process organization to identify required changes
- Manages/Track project budget – forecast & reporting
- Partner management, SOWs, Billing, POs, managing attrition rate,
TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE YOU NEED:

- 10+ years’ experience in leading ERP projects
- 5+ full ERP project cycles
- Advanced knowledge of financial controls and reporting requirements/ QAD functionality
- Extensive knowledge of QAD solutions.
- Basic knowledge of linked QAD functionality
- 5+ years’ experience direct and indirect resources management
- Strong cross functional knowledge in multiple QAD modules including logistics, manufacturing
- Organize and lead cross functional resources
- Strong process and automotive industry knowledge
- Strong understanding of the ERP project methodology.
- Very strong communication skills (written & oral)
- Ability to adapt communication according to the audience (business and technical)
- Very strong presentation skills
- Strong and proven project management ability.
- Ability to manage tasks at all levels to coordinate with project milestones
- Ability to assess and mitigate project risks.
- Experience with managing Developments & Process Integrations
- Manage and function well under tight timeframes - manage multiple priorities concurrently
- Ability to relate future direction of the organization while designing solutions and managing change
- Autonomous, ability to progress and deliver results by yourself.
- Strong analytical approach to problem solving and solution development.
- Fluent English language skills
