Job Title: Quality Systems Engineer

We are in position to offer a great job opportunity to work as Quality Systems Engineer based in Nova plant at Chihuahua, Chih. Your mission will be assuring the correct functioning of the quality system in the manufacturing plant and the accomplish of customer specifics requirements

Your tasks will be:

• Lear QOS leadership, deployment and mastery
• Plant QOS Document Control
• Quality Training / Induction for new operating personnel
• Internal & External Audits scheduling and lead.
• Verify customer systems to ensure all reported issues have been addressed.
• OEM portal maintenance – Certification data
• Support to Supplier Quality & Quality Control Activities: IATF Decertification Process to critical
• Providers.
• Global & External Projects Support: Innovation and IDEAS CEO strategy support for NA region.

To Be Successful In This Role You Must Have

• Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering or any related area.  
• 3+ Years of experience in automotive industries (wire harness experience is a plus)
• Core Tools (Automotive):  Control Plan, AMEF, SPC, MSA, PPAP, APQP.
• IATF 16949 & ISO 9001.
• Proficient with Microsoft office.  
• Problem solving and excellent communications skills.
• Bilingual English level.
