We are in position to offer a great job opportunity to work as Strategic sourcing buyer, based in Juarez, Chihuahua in which you will have an excellent opportunity to work in an International and growing environment.

Are you a negotiation pro with a strategic mindset? We are looking for a results-oriented Strategic sourcing buyer to lead our sourcing efforts and secure the best long-term value for our organization. The goal of the role is to identify top-tier sources, negotiate high-impact agreements, and develop robust purchasing strategies that drive savings, ensure legal compliance, and protect the organization's interests.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Sourcing: develop and execute short- and long-term category strategies to meet organizational goals and lead continuous cost-reduction initiatives.
• Lead negotiations for favorable price agreements, rebates, and long-term contracts (1+ years) to eliminate repetitive spot buys and streamline procurement.
• Contract Management
• Relationship & Dispute Management.
• Ensure strict adherence to best practices, regulations, and continuous improvement processes.

To be successful in this role you need:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Engineering, or a related field.
• 3+ years in a corporate strategic purchasing function. Experience in automotive manufacturing is a significant plus.

• Exceptional negotiation tactics
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Advanced English proficiency C1-C2
