Job Description

Analizar y controlar el registro correcto y en tiempo de transacciones que afectan las cuentas por cobrar. Asegurar, que todos los servicios prestados y embarques realizados a los clientes sean contabilizados y cobrados conforme a los términos de pago de los clientes.

Responsibilities

• Asegurar, el posteo de la facturación.
• Asegurar, que las facturas sean ingresadas a la cartera de clientes.
• Realizar la conciliación de Inter compañías y cierres contables.
• Elaborar la conciliación de embarques vs facturación vs ventas.
• Generación y conciliaciones de reservas comerciales.
• Cumplir con los requerimientos de SOX, Leap y procedimientos internos.
• Atender auditorías internas y externas según se requieran.
• Atender requerimientos adicionales por parte de la planta.
• Dar seguimiento a cartera vencida y control de las cuentas por cobrar.
• Conocimientos contables
• Conocimientos computacionales (Excel intermedio).

Education Requirements

• Licenciatura en contabilidad.

Experience Requirements

• Por lo menos 2 años en cuentas por cobrar o cuentas por pagar.

Languages

Inglés intermedio-avanzado
