Job Description
We are in position to offer a great job opportunity to work as Methods Engineer based in Chihuahua, Chih. (E-Systems Division).
As a Methos Engineer, you will be responsible for ensure that work methods, equipment, and tooling, are ready for flawless execution across the planning, launch, and engineering change phases
Responsibilities
• Coordinate activities based on the project leader plan to achieve program objectives during each construction phase.
• Analyze engineering change proposals and, based on the analysis, notify the project leader and product engineering of the impact on equipment and tooling.
• Lead the management of engineering changes and design reviews.
• Responsible for manufacturing system design, ensuring quality, output, and efficiency for each harness family within the assigned program.
• Ensure the delivery and installation of necessary machinery and equipment to meet required process capacity, in accordance with manufacturing processes and system design.
• Monitor investments and expenses related to new program launches and the implementation of engineering changes.
Skills
Education Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related.
Experience Requirements
3+ years of experience in Methods Engineering Area.
Languages
Proficient English level required.
