Job Description

As a service parts coordinator you will be responsible for planning, directing, and monitoring production to meet established specifications, schedules, volume/cost/wastage targets, and quality standards.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure the precise execution of the production plan.
  • Meet and exceed the KPI targets assigned to your role (Pieces, Efficiency, Absenteeism, Turnover, Quality).
  • Ensure the prompt and appropriate escalation of out-of-control issues or those impacting operational results.
  • Evaluates worker productivity and recommends improvements to increase manpower efficiency and operating performance, reduce waste and delays and promote cost control/reductions.
  • Establishes accident prevention measures and plans and schedules training programs for personnel concerning all phases of production operation.

Industrial, Mechanical or Mechatronics Engineering

Experience Requirements

  • 3+ Years of professional experience.
  • Automotive industry experience.
  • ISO 14001, CTPAT and IATF 16949 Knowledge.

Proficient English Level.
