Position Overview

Eagle Ottawa - Lear Corporation is looking for an Administrator / Program Coordinator for an 18 months maximum term contract. This person will co-ordinate and provide valued support to the Program Manager. This position is based in our Coventry site.


Responsibilities will include (but may not be limited to)


  • Working alongside with Program Manager
  • Coordinating and preparing meetings
  • General office administrator duties
  • Update reporting information
  • Hosting for external / internal visitors and events
  • Ad-hoc support, in line with business needs


To be a success in this role you must have:

  • Proven experience in an administrative role
  • Able to use MS Office packages to a high level
  • Excellent interpersonal, organizational and communication skills
  • Strong customer orientation
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize workload
