Thermal Comfort Solutions, a business segment of Lear Corporation, is a leader in the design and manufacture of seat heating, seat comfort system and seat ventilation solutions.

 

Role overview:

Maximize sales output by understanding and influencing the Customer needs with in-depth Product knowledge, clear communication, and collaboration with sales.

 

Main Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with the company's sales team to build relationships with key customer stakeholders
  • Promote the product roadmap to the customer stakeholders.
  • Elicit roadmap requirements from customers and build an informed opinion on product and technology requirement trends in the region
  • Tenacious drive the requirements of the regional road map to head of Product Engineering
  • Execute on pre-development activities for the region
  • Be the voice of the customer to the internal stakeholders
  • Deliver technical training sessions to both customers and internal teams, ensuring that everyone has a thorough understanding of the electronic products

 

Key skills and Qualifications:

  • Educated to degree level in an engineering discipline - We may also consider other qualifications, which are supported by strong relevant experience in this field.
  • Technical Knowledge: A deep understanding of electronics
  • Customer Focus: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Presentation and training Skills: Strong presentation skills to convey complex technical information 
  • Problem-Solving Skills: adept at analyzing problems, identifying root causes, and proposing effective solutions
  • Fluent in English
