LJS is a business system that supports daily manufacturing and operational work. It helps teams manage processes, track information, and keep operations running smoothly.
Mission of the Role
As an LJS System Analyst, you help make sure the LJS system works well for the business. You work closely with users and IT teams to turn business needs into simple, effective system solutions that improve day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities
• Understand business needs and translate them into system requirements.
• Support system improvements, updates, and new features.
• Work with IT teams, vendors, and business users to deliver solutions.
• Test system changes and support go-live activities.
• Provide support for system issues and user questions.
• Create clear documentation and user guides.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and system performance.
Technical Skills and Qualifications
Required
• Strong IT background with experience in business and system analysis.
• Experience with project delivery and working with stakeholders.
• Knowledge of data analysis and reporting (SQL/T-SQL).
• Experience using tools such as Jira and Confluence.
• Understanding of Agile and system development life cycle.
• Good level of English, written and spoken.
Preferred
• Experience with manufacturing or operational systems.
• ERP experience (SAP, QAD, or similar).
• Knowledge of Power BI, SSRS, or reporting tools.
• Basic programming knowledge (C#/.NET).
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Engineering, Business, or similar.
