Main Responsibilities:

• • . Ensure the Plant Payrolls are processed accurately, meeting payroll and SOX deadlines
  • Monthly pension reconciliations and submissions
  • Raise 3rd party payments ensuring they are paid on time
  • National Statistics reporting
  • Ensure payroll processes and procedures are maintained to meet SOX compliance
  • Support year end procedures including P11d submissions
  • Support Audit requests – internal & external
  • Support Payroll Projects as required
  • Support key stakeholders as required
  • Mentor Payroll Co Ordinator

Key Skills and qualifications

• CIPP and advantage
• Manual payroll calculations
• Intermediate excel – minimum
• Organised with attention to detail
• Previous shared service experience an advantage
• Able to analyse and reconcile data
• Finance – journals & balance sheet reconciliations
