Programme Manager (E-Systems)

We are looking for a Programme Manager to join us to take a lead on delivery of multiple electrical programs for a prestigious British car manufacturing group. This is due to an increase in business and requiring support and management for our electrical teams. 

 

You will be leading a cross functional team which includes sales, engineering, manufacturing, finance and purchasing. You will be in charge of program timeline development, documentation and execution ensuring quality and cost targets are met.

 

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Planning of all activities in accordance with the milestone defined by the customer
  • Taking lead as the key interface to our OEM Customer Group for development of current and future production programs
  • Managing product changes, according to flexibility and cost defined/agreed with Engineering and Sales
  • Identifying possible risks and critical points and applying the necessary corrective actions
  • Taking responsibility of the program to ensure it is delivered on time, within budget and to required quality standards.

 

 

QUALIFICATIONS/KEY SKILLS

  • A bachelors degree in Engineering or a technical subject
  • Experience of working in the automotive sector, preferable in the automotive electrical environment
  • Experience of managing electrical teams
  • Strong understanding of program financials
  • Fluency in English
  • Legal authorisation to work in the UK and travel to the EU.
