Customer Satisfaction Manager

Lear Corporation are looking for an experienced Customer Satisfaction manager to join our sales leadership team within our E-Systems division. You will be based at our world class UK Headquarters in Coventry.

 

SCOPE OF THE POSITION

 

Responsible for ensuring Lear’s JLR E-Systems team align to be successful in strategic metrics that have high visibility in both Senior customer and internal organizations. Create strong links with both customer interfaces and key internal cross functional peers. Taking an active role in the JLR E-Systems management team to ensure that sustainable strong customer relationships are upheld.

 

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

 

Coordination of key customer & internal focus areas across all of Lear’s E-Systems commodities: HV & LV Wiring, Electronics and Electrification:

  • JLR’s GSS (Global Supplier Scorecard)
  • Customer Ignite / CTO roadmap
  • 25 x 25 Cost & waste reduction initiative
  • Senior customer (Top to Top) presentation management
  • Long Range Plan coordination through Commercial & Account Management
  • JLR E-Systems strategy and presentations
  • Customer and Competitor intelligence
  • Salesforce coordination
  • Take an active role in the UK management team alongside engineering and program management functions.
  • Ability to step in to run key business pursuits in stretched capacity situations
  • Coordination and interface with global cross-functional departments to achieve goals.
