Missions : 

Receive and process customer orders
Track customer variations
Interacting with customers, providing information in answer to inquiries about products, accounts, and services.
Control and follow FG stocks
Organize customer pick ups
Manage returnable packaging availability
Ensure delivery performance at required level
Ensure internal KPIs are on target 0Premium Freight /0obsoletes/ OTIF 100%
Track customer backlogs to avoid any issue with customers
Monitoring products changes: 0 obsolete and handle customer claims
Requirements : 

Bac+5, with at least 2 years of experience within an automotive Industry

Ability to work in a high-tempo environment and interact with team members over a wide scope of the organization.

Solid understanding on Supply Chain, Logistics

Highly effective communication skills

Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications.

High level of English language, spoken and written
