CUSTOMER SERVICE ANALYST- 2nd SHIFT
EL PASO, TX – 2nd SHIFT

 

 

The Role:

Your work will include, but not be limited to:

  • The CSA will review daily customer demand, determine current day’s shipping requirements, and check inventory levels.
  • Communicate with Customers, Lear plants, Warehouse, and all customer service team to report any issues that may affect the customer or Lear KPI’s.
  • Ensure Customer Delivery performance rating is reviewed & resolved from Customer Portals: daily, weekly, and monthly.
  • Ensure part numbers are properly set up in El Paso Warehouse database, ensure FIFO is always followed by Warehouse, and to provide correct shipping information.

 

 

Your Qualifications:

  • Experience in material requirements planning (MRP), Logistics or Supply Chain
  • Strong Leadership Skills
  • Experience in Inventory Control (Shipping and Receiving)
  • MS Office Proficiency

 

 

Bonus If You Have:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in a related field  
  • Experience in an automotive or manufacturing environment
  • OEM Portals Knowledge (Ford, Stellantis, Volvo and GM)
  • Bilingual (English and Spanish)
