HR Manager

Role overview:

Manage the area of Personnel Administration, Labor Relations and HR Development for the production plant with more than 300 employees in accordance with the policy of the department. of corporate HR and in coordination with Plant Managers.

Main Responsibilities:

Implement company HR policies.
Manage the Labor Relations of the Plants: works council, agreements, negotiation, relations with unions, etc.
Manage Plant Personnel Administration area: payroll, hiring, personnel data management, dressing codes, presence control; always ensuring compliance with current labor legislation in all these matters.
Manage the HR development area (training, selection)
Manage the workforce plan: forecasting hiring, planning for hiring, monitoring, etc.
Ensure compliance with the Plant Communication Plan.
Preparation of reports and reporting indicators
Propose and manage the annual Budget of the Department, as well as expenses related to personnel.
Representing the Company in Public Administration, and coordinating with other corporate departments (legal, purchasing, etc.)
Promote and be a facilitator of participation, teamwork and communication in the different areas of the Plant.
Promote actions on gender equality, diversity and other social policies

Our ideal candidate will have:

Fluent English is a must and Spanish would be a plus.
A degree or equivalent in a relevant HR related subject.
Proven experience of working in an operational HR management role, within a fast moving, manufacturing or distribution/logistics environment.
An empathetic and engaging management style.
A best practice approach to Employee Relations with some experience of mediation.
SAP SF knowledge would be a plus.
