Lear has been operating in Serbia since 2016, offering a wide range of products and demonstrating strong expertise in electrical distribution and global comfort systems. From 2023 company I.G.Bauerhin GmbH (IGB automotive), global supplier of thermal comfort systems, continues to work under name of Lear corporation.
Your duties:
- Responsibility for evaluation of material items in the system, monitoring and calculation of impact of changes and possible differences
- Evaluation of material items, monitoring the development of purchase orders, entering product prices into the ERP system, evaluating their changes and simulating development in relation to the forecast and reporting of CPI/P-Saves (purchase savings)
- Control and evaluation of impact of input sell prices in ERP system. Calculation of effect in connection to existing accruals or forecast. Follow up deviations to estimated forecat/budget.
- Detecting errors in the evaluation of inventories, work in progress and finished goods and their revaluation
- Regularly entering and updating data in the corporate system to track contractual obligations and costs (ManagePath), including relevant SOX and IFRS controls
- Backup for Controller in the corporate reporting HFM (Hyperion). Monthly data upload to the system, management of new mapping accounts and cost centers.
- Support the Controller in the preparation of regular monthly accruals
- Support the Financial Controller in the preparation and entry of data for regular forecasting and plan creation. Analysis of deviations from the monthly budget and proposals for corrective measures
- Responsibility for the entrusted part of SOX areas, regular internal controls
- Preparation of documents for product calculations, work with bills of materials, cost inputs (cost hours). Regular updating and analysis of any differences. Control about the progress on annual BOM (bill of material) check.
Required skills:
- University degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (complex formulas, pivot tables, data modeling)
- Fluent in English; German is an advantage
- Preferred experience in financial analysis and reporting
- Nice to have experience with Business Intelligence (BI) tools
- Experience in data handling and analysis
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Communication and presentation skills (ability to present results and insights clearly to stakeholders)
