We are in position to offer a great job opportunity to work as Finance Analyst Sr., based in Naco, Quimistan, Santa Barbara (E-Systems Division).
As a Senior Finance Analyst, you will ensure the successful execution of monthly accounting closings by processing and providing reliable and timely information to the internal and external customers of the company’s Finance Department.
Your Task will be
- In charge of accounting closings.
- Active participation and coordination of the preparation for fiscal and tax audits.
- Responsible for the monthly, timely and correct integration of all balance sheet accounts.
- Preparation of accounting and financial reports.
- Compliance with Lear Corporation’s quality, environmental, and workplace policies and procedures.
To be successful in this role you will need:
- Education: bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting or related career.
- At least 5 years of experience preferably in accounting or financial experience.
- Knowledge of tax laws.
- Knowledge in asset control.
- Knowledge of SOX standards.
- English Intermediate.
- Proven Analytical, Communications and Organizational skills.
- Ability to interface across multiple organizations, product lines and levels in the organization.
- Ability and willingness to work a flexible and/or changeable schedule, especially during the month end close process. #LI-LM1
