We are currently looking for a driven, highly skilled HR Supervisor to join our team at Gödöllő site in Hungary. This facility provides logistics services and have a central Engineering Office to support various projects for E-Systems.

 

As the HR Supervisor you will play a crucial role to support the business through all aspects of HR Management. You will be responsible for implementing HR strategies and programs that align with our company's mission, vision, and values.

 

 

Main Responsibilities:

  

  • Oversee the full employee life cycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, and offboarding processes
  • Implement and maintain HR policies and procedures in compliance with local labor laws and regulations.
  • Collaborate with management to create and implement HR strategies and programs that attract, retain, and develop top talent.
  • Support the development of a cohesive team of stable, engaged, and satisfied employees in the site.
  • Promote company culture including core values of Lear, Diversity & Inclusion Initiatives, CSR activities.
  • Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters, including performance issues, conflict resolution, and career development.
  • Maintaining Organizational Database, providing related HR administration tasks
  • Maintaining Administration Systems, preparing reports, and analysis
  • Support the implementation of new external payroll service and support external payroll after go-live
  • Taking part in the preparation of internal and external audits, providing support in HR related questions (management and reporting)
  • Training organization and administration, keeping contact with external partners, providing contract administration      

 

What we expect:

 

  • Successfully completed University or College degree or other relevant education.
  • Proven experience as an HR Generalist / HR Supervisor within the manufacturing industry, preferably in automotive manufacturing.
  • Fluency in English and Hungarian.
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations, with the ability to interpret and apply them effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Good knowledge of HR Sytems (SAP SF is preferable)
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
  • Innovative and proactive personality
  • Ability to work independently
