Junior Account Manager


We are looking for a Junior Account Manager to join our E-Systems department at our Swedish Headquarters in Gothenburg. The role requires a highly motivated and positive person that is eager to learn and support our internal and external customers. Providing ongoing sales support, identifying new opportunities, and collaborate with the sales team to craft new customer solutions will be some of the required tasks. Further, the role will be involved in developing sales and pricing strategies, communicating with customers to determine their needs, and conducting research to mitigate and solve roadblocks for a healthy customer relationship.


Main responsibilities:

  • Providing ongoing account support to existing & new customers
  • Collaborating with the sales team to identify additional opportunities
  • Develop and modify commercial plans
  • Reporting to management as required (presentations, financials, etc.)
  • Documenting processes and maintaining sales records
  • Supporting with ad-hoc requirements


The ideal candidate will have:


  • Bachelor's degree in business or engineering or equivalent 
  • Previous experience in a sales/automotive
  • An outward mindset and an open attitude for change
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Interpersonal and negotiation skills
  • Collaboration and communication skills
  • Great organizational and time-management skills
