Role Overview
As a Electrical Engineer you will play a central role in transforming ideas into real products that meet customer expectations for performance, safety, quality, and cost. You lead technical development across the product lifecycle — from design solutions to testing, validation, and production readiness.
This role is practical, collaborative, and impactful, with opportunities to influence product decisions and work directly with customers and suppliers.
Core Responsibilities
• Lead technical development of seating products or components
• Translate customer specifications into reliable and compliant solutions
• Coordinate with design, quality, and manufacturing teams
• Support testing, analysis (FEA), and design reviews
• Manage engineering changes and technical documentation
• Work with suppliers to ensure product and process readiness
• Participate in continuous improvement activities
What You’ll Bring
• Technical background in mechanical/automotive engineering
• Hands-on approach and ability to manage multi-stakeholder activities
• Strong analytical mindset, problem solving, and organization skills
• Confidence working with technical specifications and test data
• Good command of English, fluent Italian
