Responsibilities
You lead cross-functional teams to deliver successful new program launches, ensuring quality, cost, and timing objectives are met in line with group strategy. You own end‑to‑end project execution, anticipate risks, and drive timely decisions to protect customer satisfaction and program profitability.
- Lead cross-functional project teams across Launch, Sales, Quality, Engineering, and Purchasing to deliver program milestones.
- Plan, manage, and maintain full program timing, including Gantt charts, with proactive risk identification and mitigation.
- Drive regular cross-functional and executive reviews, clearly reporting status, risks, and recovery plans.
- Act as the primary customer interface, ensuring clear, proactive communication with OEM and JIT customers.
- Manage program changes, ensuring implementation on time, within budget, and aligned with Program Financials targets.
- Identify, track, and eliminate design and plant extra-costs throughout the program lifecycle.
- Escalate delays, deviations, or inefficiencies within 24 hours with clear action plans.
- Monitor and improve program profitability, ensuring alignment with approved financial targets.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in program or project management within a manufacturing or automotive environment.
- Strong experience leading cross-functional teams and managing complex program launches.
- Proven ability to manage change requests, cost control, and timing in a structured project environment.
- Strong customer-facing experience with OEMs and senior internal stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Project Management, or equivalent experience.
