Role Purpose

The Sales Manager is responsible for managing commercial activities with key customers, supporting RFQ processes, and ensuring profitable business development throughout the program lifecycle.


Key Responsibilities
• Lead and manage RFQ processes with OEM customers (e.g., Stellantis).

• Prepare and negotiate quotations and commercial offers.
• Ensure target profitability and alignment with business objectives.
• Manage commercial activities during the program development phase before SOP.
• Coordinate with internal teams to monitor program progress and support customer requirements.
• Manage price updates, commercial changes, and customer communications.
• Support Series Sales activities and ongoing customer programs.
• Contribute to strategic initiatives and continuous improvement within the sales organization.

Requirements
• Experience in automotive sales, RFQ management, or program management.

• Experience working with OEM customers is a strong advantage.
• Strong commercial, negotiation, and organizational skills.
• Leadership or coordination experience.
• Professional proficiency in English and Italian.
• Open mindset and willingness to adopt digital tools and new ways of working (including AI-based tools).
