Role Overview

The Site IT Support Manager ensures stable, secure, and compliant IT operations at the Grugliasco site, supporting business continuity and aligning local activities with Lear Corporate ICT standards.



Key Responsibilities
• Lead and coordinate all site IT operations across infrastructure, applications, networks (LAN/WAN), and end-user systems.
• Ensure effective IT support, maintenance, and lifecycle management of hardware and software.
• Serve as the primary local interface for corporate IT initiatives and system implementations.
• Maintain Business Impact Analysis (BIA) and manage Disaster Recovery (DR) and backup processes.
• Promote and enforce cybersecurity standards and corporate compliance requirements (GDPR, SOX, ISMS, IATF/TISAX).
• Prepare and maintain documentation required for audits and certifications; support internal and external audits.
• Coordinate and deliver assigned IT projects, ensuring alignment with timelines, KPIs, and quality standards.
• Contribute to the site’s Long Range Plan (LRP) in collaboration with ICT Management.
• Manage the local IT budget, vendor relationships, purchase requests, and service contracts.
• Lead and support internal IT staff and external service providers, fostering collaboration and continuous improvement.


Qualifications & Experience
• Experience in IT management within an industrial or manufacturing environment.
• Solid knowledge of IT infrastructure, networks, and cybersecurity principles.
• Experience in project coordination and budget oversight.
• Ability to work independently while aligning with corporate governance.
• Strong communication skills and ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Professional fluency in Italian and working proficiency in English (minimum B2).
• Flexibility to support critical incidents, upgrades, and occasional after-hours activities when required.
