About Lear Plant Győr

Established in 1997, our plant in Győr is one of the Lear’s key plants in Hungary. In this plant Lear produces high quality seating systems for key customers incorporating Audi and Porsche.

 

General Tasks:

  • Being point of contact to customer
  • Manage issue resolution for claims and other customer topics
  • Ensure proper workflow for deviation approvals, product- and process changes
  • Supervision of customer specific tests
  • Responsible for customer specific KPIs
  • Create evaluations, create and execute action plans

 

Requirements:

  • University degree
  • Practical usage of MS Office
  • Fluent German language in verbal and in writing
  • Self-confident communication, high advocacy of company
  • Practical usage of quality Core tools
  • Experience in VW requirements is an advantage
  • Flexibility, confidence, practical and strategical thinking
