Responsibilities
• Transport planning and requesting freight quotations
• Tracking and notification (advance notice) of shipments
• Maintaining close cooperation with the central organization
• Coordination of returnable packaging (empty packaging) deliveries
• Management of delivery time windows
• Preparation of reports
Requirements
- Minimum secondary-level vocational qualification, preferably in logistics
- At least 2 years of experience in a multinational environment
- User-level knowledge of MS Office
- Communicative level of English and German
- Strong communication and organizational skills, ability to think in a complex manner
- Fast and confident decision-making skills
- Open and proactive personality
- Knowledge of customs administration is an advantage
Advantage:
