We are currently looking for a driven HR Manager to join our team at the greenfield investment - new JIT/JIS Facility in Kecskemet. This facility will deliver the Complete Seat product serving premium European automotive OEM customer.

 

As the HR Manager, you will be reporting to Country HR Manager for Hungary, and you will play a crucial role in building and leading our HR department from the ground up. You will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies and programs that align with our company's mission, vision, and values.

  

Main Responsibilities:

  

  • Establish and develop the HR department in alignment with the plant's objectives and Lear HR policies.
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in compliance with local labor laws and regulations.
  • Collaborate with management to create and implement HR strategies and programs that attract, retain, and develop top talent.
  • Build a cohesive team of stable, engaged and satisfied employees in the plant.
  • Oversee the full employee life cycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, and offboarding processes.
  • Promote company culture including core values of Lear, Diversity & Inclusion Initiatives, CSR activities.
  • Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters, including performance issues, conflict resolution, and career development.
  • Monitor and report HR indicators.

 

What we expect:

 

  • Successfully completed University degree or other relevant education.
  • Proven experience as an HR Manager within the manufacturing industry, preferably in automotive manufacturing.
  • Experience in greenfield projects is highly desirable.
  • Fluency in English and Hungarian.
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations, with the ability to interpret and apply them effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Innovative and proactive personality.
  • Engaging management style.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
