We are glad to announce that we are looking for Process Engineer that will join our new JIT plant located in Kecskemet and be the key player in setting up our engineering processes and standards. Position overview: The engineer will report directly to the Engineering Manager and will be responsible for new assembly process launches and for supervising and optimizing existing processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assembly process design and description
- Work out specifications and coordinate suppliers to accomplish
- Providing support for technical equipment errorless functionality and maintenance
- Project leading and change management process coordination for successful implementation to serial production
- Releasing new equipment into the production process, including the necessary documentation
- Responsibility for continuous improvement of production processes, establish culture of Kaizen
- Creating and changing process diagrams and layouts
- Standardize processes for audits
- Improving quality aspects of production processes
- Ensure all industry and company required documentation is maintained to the agreed standard (PFMEAs, Launch Readiness Reviews, and updating of operating procedures)
What we expect from you:
- Solid experience on the similar position in manufacturing company (experience in automotive industry would be a strong advantage)
- At least Bachelor Degree in Engineering
- Experience in screwing and working with Atlas Copco tightening tools would be an asset
- Experience with robotics and PLC systems (Siemens preferred)
- Good knowledge of technical drawing, CAD
- Communicative knowledge of English
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office
- Good knowledge of time trials, line balancing, material handling, automation, Poka Yokes, ergonomics, PFMEA, project planning and implementation
- Experience with ISO 9000 or IATF 16949 requirements
- Experience with structured problem solving data based decision
- A strong understanding of Lean Production and continuous improvement principles
- Good analytical, organizational and communication skills
- Open-minded and innovative thinker
