Lear has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Quality Engineer to join our new Green Field investment in Kecskemet. 

General Tasks:
 

• Management of quality assurance activities related to the customer and manufacturing processes.
• Lead activities related to problem solving process (analysis, manage actions, reporting).
• Setting up and maintaining controls and documentation procedures.
• Evaluate defects and implement corrective action plans.
• Ensure compliance with system standards and customer requirements.
• Schedule and conduct internal and external audits.
• Monitor error prevention and elimination measures on-site.
• Organize and document customer acceptance procedures.

We Expect From You:
 

• Higher professional qualification.
• Solid quality assurance experience from the automotive industry.
• Good communication in English language (oral and written); German knowledge will be a huge advantage.
• Practical application of automotive quality improvement techniques (Core tools);
• High interpersonal skills.
• The ability to think analytically and solve problems.
