We are glad to announce that we are looking for Senior Maintenance Engineer that will join our new JIT plant located in Kecskemet and be the key player in setting up our maintenance processes and equipment. Position overview: The engineer will report directly to the Engineering Manager and will be responsible for technical availability of equipment beside implemented maintenance processes.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Providing support for technical equipment errorless functionality and maintenance
  • Support new equipment installation into the production process, including the necessary documentation
  • Work out specifications and coordinate suppliers to accomplish
  • Creating and updating spare & wear part lists
  • Define minimum and maximum levels of spare parts
  • Develop technician room based on local requirements and project needs
  • Scheduling and operating regular maintenance activities
  • Reducing spare part and energy consumptions
  • Standardize processes for audits
  • Ensure all industry and company required documentation is maintained to the agreed standard (MTTR & MTBF analyses, Root Cause Analysis, 5S)
  • Organize external & internal service support and document
  • Organize trainings for technician colleagues to improve troubleshooting
  • Yearly spare part inventory check
  • Responsibility for continuous improvement of production processes, establish culture of Kaizen

 

What we expect from you:

 

  • Solid experience on the similar position in manufacturing company (experience in automotive industry would be a strong advantage)
  • At least Bachelor Degree in Engineering
  • Experience with screwdriving and robotics
  • Advanced knowledge of technical drawing, CAD
  • Communicative knowledge of English
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office
  • Advanced knowledge of PLC systems and sensorics
  • Experience with Poka Yokes and ergonomics
  • Experience with ISO 9000 or IATF 16949 requirements
  • Experience with structured problem solving, data based decision
  • A strong understanding of Lean Production and continuous improvement principles.
  • Good analytical, organizational and communication skills
  • Open-minded and innovative thinker
