SQA
Lear Huamantla, Tlaxcala.
As a SQA Sr, you will be monitoring compliance with established quality requirements for suppliers, requesting corrective and preventive actions, and implementing continuous improvement plans for suppliers.
Your main tasks will be:
- Follow up on issues with suppliers
- Follow up on the development and improvement of quality indicators Suppliers
- Follow up on the development and implementation of quality system activities.
- Attend conferences with Suppliers (PPAP, Corrective Actions)
- Keep the Fast response of suppliers alive and attend meetings with suppliers with the top issues in the plant.
- Attention and monitoring of problems with clients derived from problems with suppliers
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Experience: At least 3 years as similar position within the Automotive industry.
- Education: Career completed.
- Knowledge:
- Personnel management, Lean manufacturing, quality control, Office.
- Supplier management (American, European and national suppliers).
- Formel Q Konkret,VDA, ISO/IATF 16949, Core tools,GD&T, Core tools, Adm incoming inspection.
- Business English
- Skills:
- With high level of drive, focus on results, short response time and strong negotiation skills
