We are in position to offer a great job opportunity to work as Accounts Receivable Analyst based in HQ, Juarez, Chih., Mex.
As Accounts Receivable Analyst you will have an excellent opportunity to work in an International and growing environment reporting directly to an AR Supervisor
Your Task will be
- Price update and analysis
- Billing Post
- Ensure that invoices are entered into the client portfolio
- Intercompany Conciliation
- Reconciliation of shipments vs. billing vs. sales
- Generation and reconciliations of commercial reserves
- Comply with SOX, Leap and internal procedures
- Attend internal and external audits as required
To be Successful in this rule you will need:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- At least 2 years of working on Accounts Payable or Accounts Receivable positions.
- English- Proficient.
