Technology Risk Manager

Lear Corporation is seeking a candidate to join its global Information Security Team to be responsible for managing technology risk assessment, being a trusted advisor within the region by assessing controls and providing implementation guidance, and supporting audit & compliance activities within Lear's Latin America, Mexico and South America Regions.  This role will work with the global information security team.

 

To qualify, a candidate must hold an undergraduate degree in information systems, information technology, accounting/finance, or other relevant program, with an advanced degree being a plus. 3 to 5 years of public accounting experiences, internal audit, information technology, or similar experience is required. Experience with risk and controls related to the manufacturing industry is a plus. A CISA, CIA, CPA, CISSP, CRISC, or other relevant IT or Information Security designation is required, and additional professional designations is a plus. Travel may be required, up to 25%, which could include short-term international travel. The successful candidate will be very self-motivated, work well independently and have strong Spanish and English communication skills, both verbal and written.
