IT Manager

Roles and Responsibilities:

qSupport all EDI related requests on a ticket based (Ivanti) model.
qManaging relationship with other IT teams.
qCoordinate all the support with Third-party Vendor and provide priorities.
qAssure tickets are being acknowledge and have updates.
qCustomer/Vendor trouble shooting to facilitate support.
qCoordinate with the EDI Integration team new TP set-ups and EDI Connectivity with new partners.
qSupport EDI batch processes and related issues.
qIf requested review connectivity between GXS and Lear (and Tier 1 partners), open a GXS ticket and follow up until reestablished.
qAscertain that files are being properly interchanged between GXS to ERP, request re-pulls when needed.
qAnalyze and troubleshoot all EDI issues based on error reports on current EDI relationships.
qAssist the Integration team with urgent request new connections for suppliers to GXS Teambook.
qRequest modifications to existing maps in Teambook/GSX as needed, follow-up and test.
qCoordinate with vendor on all the ERP e-commerce set ups.
qSupport with questions in regard to EDI connections in Iconnect/IWebExchange for suppliers not EDI capable.
qAnswer user questions, research and resolve data transmission or integration problems.
qAcquire bug fix E-commerce requests from users and create specs for EDI map changes and open JIRA.
qFollow-up on bug fix JIRA’s and coordinate testing with the AKU’s.
qDocument EDI E-commerce systems and interfaces.
qMaintaining EDI Generalized codes in QAD.
qReview EDI batch and error logs and escalate to the Integration Team and L3 issues to resolve in scripts.
qSupport Recovery Disaster Simulations (bi-yearly) EDI portion.
qAttend weekly meeting with Support Vendor to review tickets and its progress.
qAttend meetings with the EDI Integration Team to facilitate and coordinate support.
