Job based in Lear Corporation- Laminadora Plant MTO, Juarez, Chihuahua.

You will be responsible for develops the structure of Professional Maintenance (PM) systems, develops communication channels, implementation and documentation of maintenance initiatives, achieving homologation, standardization of spare parts, preventive plans, departmental measurables and work standards, for maintenance management. within the MTO division.

 

Your task will be

  • Corporate Initiatives Operating Model, Innovation & succession plans.      
  • High administrative mastery in maintenance (Equipment, Building and Renovation).         
  • Excellent mastery in implementation, structuring and execution of departmental KPI'S (UP-TIME, MTTR and MTBF).                                    
  • Implementation of maintenance plans (Preventive, Corrective and Predictive).              
  • Mastery and Coordination to carry out Meetings and Audits.                    
  • Skills to manage multi-level personnel.                                                 
  • Knowledge and mastery of IATF, STPS, MASSS, EHS and Standards, ISO, National and municipal.                                
  • Comprehensive management of the Spare Parts Warehouse (TOOLCRIB) Maximums, minimums and Reorder points.

To succeed in this role, you will need

  • Bachelor's degree in Electromechanical Engineering, mechatronics, industrial maintenance.
  • proficient English (essential).
  • +3 years of experience as a maintenance manager in the automotive industry.
  • knowledge in multi-level personnel administration, toolcrib administration systems, maintenance (Equipment, Building and Renovation), preventive, corrective and predictive maintenance plans, national, state and municipal regulations, certification and audit program, IATF.
  • Availability to travel.
